Our client needed to understand the existing conditions of a deteriorating building. Unoccupied for several years, the foundation walls were compromised and structure engineering solutions were required. We scanned the building using LiDAR and created an accurate Revit model. Using this model to clearly understand the building, the structural engineer provided foundation restoration recommendations, allowing our client to move forward with the renovation.
