If a neighborhood can be measured accurately and represented in an illustration, the proposed new development might not seem so daunting. This is what 3D Data Pro set out to accomplish.

These are 3D illustrations of Minturn, Colorado. The area shown in the illustration was measured with LiDAR, which is accurate to the 1/8”. New development ideas, shown as 3D building masses, can be “placed” in the 3d environment and rendered, giving everyone involved a more accurate idea of what is at stake.
