The historic Barth Hotel in Denver, Colorado was built in 1882 and has undergone numerous updates throughout the years. The architects needed an as-built survey to capture the tight clearances on this project and layout of apartments from hotel rooms for precise existing conditions. This was in order to convert the building to senior living apartments and ensure accessibility in the new design. 3D Data Pro captured LiDAR scans and built a precise model to be used as a basis for the upcoming changes.
